Radka: LUTEAL PHASE
The final version of the woman you meet every 28 days. Some would call her the Witch. I would call her Purgatory.
The luteal phase does not arrive quietly within me. I would compare it to weather that has broken loose from its chains.
Storm clouds begin gathering on the horizon. The lake inside me swells beneath the wind until its surface shatters into a thousand restless waves. Lightning streaks across the sky, but it does not strike the earth—it strikes inward. Into old wounds, forgotten grievances, into places I thought had long since been reclaimed by new growth.
But a forest does not remain a forest for long.
And there I am, inside it. Nearly naked. Rain running down my skin, an axe clenched in my hand.
Thunder rolls above the treetops, and the air reeks of ozone and smoke. Somewhere nearby, another bolt of lightning has just struck, and another stretch of forest has burst into flames.
I walk among the trees ready to tear apart anything and anyone who crosses my path.
The storm inside me can no longer tell what is truly a threat. What is danger, and what is merely the rustling of leaves.
Every word is a spark. Every small injustice is kindling waiting for a flame.
In those days, it is difficult to explain to the world that they do not see what I see.
They see a forest. I see hell on earth.
They hear the wind. I hear a warning.
They breathe in the summer air. I smell the smoke of fires spreading across the horizon.
So I move through the trees, soaked by rain and blinded by lightning, an axe in my hand and the feeling that I must be ready for an attack from every direction. That I must strike before I am struck. That I must scream before someone silences me.
That I must run before the forest tries to close the path behind me.

Poslední verze ženy, kterou každých 28 dní potkáš. Někdo by ji nazval fází Čarodějnice.
Nad korunami stromů duní hromy a vzduch páchne ozonem a kouřem. Někde poblíž právě udeřil další blesk a další kus lesa vzplál.
