Game Update 1.129

I have not detected anything that needs to be fixed for this game patch.

The new toggles in the options menu to turn off weight/muscle gain should make my mod to auto apply MCCC's freeze physique trait unnecessary, but I am going to leave it up since the toggles seem save specific and for people who play with multiple saves, it is easier to have something that does the job for all saves without needing to remember to go change the setting.

Here is a preview of a new feature coming soon in the Sugar Relationships mod.
