The Ellis Residence
➽ Rheya's Notes:
I've been terraforming a lot on stream, and I think this one specifically turned out so good! I didn't use any CC for the landscaping and used very minimal CC for the interior and exterior, so you can technically make this a no-CC lot if you want to! Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy <3 Oh! And I will be decorating this next stream. I might share a furnished version depending on how much CC I use.

➽CC List
I don't always use every item in a cc set, so you technically do not have to download every item I listed. I've added what item I specifically used from a set so you can easily swap it out with something you already have. If I don't specify an item on the list, assume that I used multiple items from that set. [Important: CC files are not included in the download!!]

Still after empty cache windows still missing :(
I'm also having the same problem
Hi, would you consider making a New Orleans style home or set of townhomes
When I download this lot along with the required cc the windows don’t show up:(
Mine too but it might be game thing so I just placed them myself by using the pictures
Hi Rheya!!! First of all, I want to tell you that I love your builds—they are absolutely perfect. I’ve been in the world of The Sims and building for a few months now, and I’m not really sure how the downloading process works. When I download one of your builds, does it include all the CC you used in the project, or do I have to download the CC you mention in your posts individually? I’d really appreciate it if you could clear that up for me. I love how creative and talented you are when it comes to building things. You are simply perfect ❤️
Hello! THank you so much! CC’s are not included in my downloads. The file includes the tray files which you can add to your tray file folder! IVe listed all the furniture sets you needs and once you have them dl and when you open up the build everything shoudl look exactly as you see it on the pictures ☺️ also in the gallery, make sure you have “include custom content” check off. I hope this helps!
Its an amazing build. Are you planning to furnish it? Maybe)?
Ive been furnishing it on stream! ☺️
Actually so excited to put this in my game!!
This is gorgeous! Would you mind sharing what game pack the the big mossy boulders are from in the front landscaping?
