Update on the chrysler 300 2023 Hellcat swap

I'll will post an early access model, but it's not the final version—I still need to update the interior and hood and add burble tune. I apologize for not updating sooner. I took a break and am still working on fixing texture map issues. As a result, this early access will only be available in one color until I fix the texture.
