Introduction :
This idea was brought to my attention by Dolores (@halloweensims) on twitter and the idea was created by Dee (@simmerdowndee), this was the tweet: " You know what would be cute? if someone could make a cute mini mod that allows your sim to welcome their partner/spouse or household member home. It would be so cute to see someone welcome them home after a day of work".
How it works?
First of all, these interactions are only available for your romantic partners (spouse/signific other) and they can be located in different pie menus. Your sim has a chance of getting a buff with some of the interactions, and also notifications!
Under Affection you will see:
Give welcome home kiss (This is meant for the spouse/significant other)
Give welcome home hug (This is meant for the kid to the parent)
Under Small Talk you will see:
Ask how was work (This is meant for the spouse/significant other)
Ask how was school (This is meant for the parent to the kid)
Under Deep Thoughts you will see:
Confess you got fired (ONLY appears when your sim gets fired, you can confess to your spouse/significant other)
Confess you're experiencing burnout *Growing Together EP required (ONLY appears when your sim is experiencing a burn out, you can confess to your spouse/significant other)

omg this mod is such a sweet add on! Love how it includes kids too and platonic welcome too! And even the missing iconic reaction from sims 2 back from school is back! I am stunned! just a suggestion: maybe toddlers and pets welcoming family members back from work too?

Hi! Iβve been translating your mods into Russian for my own game for quite a while now. And I have to admit, Iβm really frustrated by the whole idea of people speculating on translations and charging money for them ...especially when, very often, AI is used and the translator doesnβt even bother to properly proofread the result and make sure things like pronouns are correct. Come onβ¦ at this rate, weβll soon be charging money for thin air. well! This is really a beautiful mod! But what I want to know is whether this interaction will be initiated proactively by non controlling individuals? Or do I have to act as the controller to initiate the interaction? Because if it is a non controlling person interacting with the controlling person, it will be more heartwarming
Like, if the interactions are able to performed autonomously by sims? I'd like to know if that's the case as well.
