yes im planning on making that once i release this reshade! ive had a fever all week so i havent had the energy to make the tutorial but once im over it ill make it and release these settings :)

how do you get the blurriness on the dashcam ?
i use a few effects to intentionally make it look like compressed video footage, youll see once i release it this week :)
