Registration is now open!

Registration is now open for Introduction to Display Painting in Oils, my new seven-week online workshop.

The workshop is built around a simple idea: learning miniature painting works better when you have time to practise, receive feedback, make corrections and then try again.

Over seven weeks, we’ll work through a complete display-painting project using oil paints, with structured video lessons, weekly assignments, live feedback streams and a private Discord community where you can share your work and paint alongside the other students.

We’ll cover everything from materials, colour mixing and wet blending to skin, black hair, fabric and building contrast through multiple layers of oil paint.

The goal isn’t to finish one miniature - it’s to give you a process for using oils that you understand well enough to adapt to your own future painting projects.

The workshop begins September 14th, and registration is open until September 12th.
