You need to first click the Patch Hidden Materials
Then Encrypt mod
then you should get the mod work

Got almsot all of them to work except the Swimsuit Amaterasu. Anyone had any luck getting that one working?
The one that hasn't worked for me yet is the Lopunny Rogue Wedding mods, all of them don't work even after everything. It encrypts fine, but it won't show up, and I don't know if it's because it clashes with the original Lopunny mod. It didn't do that before, so I don't know what changed.

An update from me and my previous method I got all mods to work on the game, as long as I got Project Galacta and UTOC (repak encryption not needed), and I can boot directly from Steam as well All I had to do was unpack .zip and .7z mods, and dump the raw .pak / .utoc / .ucas files in the ~mods folder (or create .symlinks to the folders) The only one I found an issue was Loona Malice Thicc OpenChest, and Merithra Black & Gold, as alter colors ruin the skin to brown (similar to that old issue with the Amaterasu Default Skin Alt Color one) All others I tested are working List of working ones I've tested (if it's not on the list, I haven't tested yet): Asriel Freya Loona Default Loona Malice (alt color issues) Loona Wedding Loona Swimsuit Loona ESU Kit Gameoverse Rouge the Bat Diane Foxington Belladonna (by RyGuy) Malekith Kindred Pulchra Default Pulchra Maid Reshiram Default Reshiram Swimsuit Dragon Groot Meowscarada Default Meowscarada Grim Lady (by RyGuy) Lucario Waaifu Wolfie Crysalis Default Crysalis Swimsuit Krystal Default Krystal Minty Beats Glaceon (by RyGuy) Sybil Default Sybil Disco Zekrom Magneto Merithra Default Merithra Knowhere Merithra Swimsuit Merithra Black & Gold (brown skin issue) Fluttershy ESU BagHead Wedding MrFantastic Death PussnBoots ThiccMecca Delphox Renamon Default Renamon Vengeance Renamon ESU Rockette Lopunny Default Lopunny Wedding Lopunny Cowboy Zoroark FoxMcCloud Default FoxMcCloud Luminous Nisha Amaterasu Default Amaterasu Swimsuit (all colors working) Many UI mods also working fine VFX mods seem to break textures for characters, even unrelated ones, so avoid for now
Project galacta making miracles!! It runs all the mods just fine! Except really old mods (dw yours are safe!)
This. Had no issues with any of the mods even the Rockette one loaded with no issue.
Honestly all of your mods work with Project Galacta for me, except Lucario Iron First. Hopefully you don't have to do all that work encrypting each one
same for me, all file for skin work with project galacta, you just need to patch hidden material and encrypt the mod after (just for mod didn't work with just encrypt option) . You have no obligation to update, it's take just some time to patch (half hour for me), so i think everyone here can do that to let you more free time Apekweit. for poeple who don't now how use repak gui and project galacta, you have a tutorial from "ItsDeepz" or other people show you how fix mod for season 10. Normaly after follow tutorial, all your file for skin and UI skin works
Take your time but I would just try and go for the bypass instead of a mod manager. Maybe contact who made the original bypass
