Villa horizon - TEASER - RELEASE ON FRIDAY NIGHT
First of all, I want to give a huge thank you to Leuge_56, who shared some incredibly valuable advice throughout the creation of Villa Horizon. His feedback had a real impact on the project, and I genuinely believe his encouragement helped me push through and bring it to completion.
I also want to give a special shout-out to SteveTheGamer55, who has always been incredibly supportive of the modding community. The kindness, enthusiasm, and respect he shows toward modders and their work mean a lot. Much love to Steve!
As for the release, I'm aiming to launch Villa Horizon and Luxury Garage together this Friday evening, October 16 (USA time). I still have a few final details to polish before everything is ready.
I'm also considering offering them as separate purchases or through a new Patreon tier. With the growing number of MLOs, alongside the ongoing development and maintenance of Car Wizard and Property Manager, I want to introduce a pricing structure that makes it possible to keep delivering ambitious, high-quality projects over the long term.

Please I tried to watch the video for the location. I know it says something facing pacific? Can you please tell me the exact location? It is loaded in my game just cannot find the location.
Just open the property manager menu, RB + dpad down and select the property then teleport, or open your weapons wheels, you wil’find the tablet in knifes section and you can then select the property and ask for a waypoint
the black covers for the cars is that part of property manager 5.3 or do I need to have the villa for the covers to be like that?

As long as you have the requirements installed, you should be good... it's a big map, but it run very smoothly. In the video, there is Real traffic central mod + DLSS5 + The recording.... everything is ok. i even fixed the MpMaps issue we see in steve video.
