The Shinkage Faction Pack is Now Available!

This pack was built for Dungeon Masters who want a dark, Asian-inspired faction that can be dropped into an existing campaign without rewriting the entire world.

Inside, you’ll find a complete collection of ready-to-use content: encounters, tokens, magic items, modular locations, missions, events, inspirations, player handouts, and story props.

The Shinkage are not just another assassin faction.
They are a hidden political weapon, a spiritual threat, and a dangerous force that can pull the party into investigation, betrayal, contracts, secret meetings, and deadly consequences.

What’s Inside the Pack

12 Encounters + Tokens
A full encounter pack featuring leaders, assassins, and yokai-inspired enemies, all prepared with usable statblocks and visual tokens.

The goal was simple: less prep time, and enemies that feel connected to the world.

6 Magic Items + Party-Wide Tier Set Bonuses
The Moonlight Sakura items can be used individually, but they also support party-wide tier bonuses when multiple pieces are collected across the group. This gives the party a shared reason to care about the set, not just individual loot.

The pack also includes an encounter token set.
These tokens are made to help you bring the enemies directly to the table, whether you play online, prepare visual references, or want a cleaner encounter presentation for your players.

5 Modular Locations
Drop-in locations you can place into almost any Asian-inspired region, city, or campaign setting.

Missions, Events & Inspirations
Story tools designed to help you build political tension, contracts, faction conflict, and memorable session moments.

Player Handouts & Story Props
Extra visual assets to make the pack easier to present at the table and more immersive for your players.
