Tyre Detail Redefined
One of the most detailed tyre sets we’ve ever created, and honestly one of the most accurate seen in Assetto Corsa.
From full wets to intermediates, the 2026 tyre set pushes realism further with precise engravings, reference lines, and subtle details inspired directly by their real-life counterparts.
⚠️ Important – Driver & Tyres Installation ⚠️
To make the tyres, driver, and pitcrew work properly, place tyres.zip (NOT the content of the ZIP file!) and the driver KN5 files (yes, in this case the files inside) and the pitcrew texture files manually (these also the textures inside) into the following folders:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\textures\cars
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\driver
Pitcrew textures installation:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\texture
Then manually drop the files into:
crew_brand
crew_helmet
crew_suit
If placed incorrectly, the tyres, drivers, and pitcrew textures will not appear in-game.
Make sure you have ZIP programs installed, some users have had issues simply because they did not have this program installed.

Presenting Nuzzi’s New Display System for the 2026 Season
Thanks to our collaboration with Nuzzi, this advanced steering wheel display system is now fully integrated into the 2026 mod.
This custom compatibility build was created specifically for our 2026 season. Nuzzi will also release a v2.5 update for his Display app on Patreon, bringing the same compatibility to the public version.
Nuzzi is a software engineer and Assetto Corsa enthusiast focused on creating realism-based software mods that improve immersion and in-car systems. His work brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the simulator experience.
Some of his projects include:
• AI racing lines • FIA flags and DRS systems • Car info UI app • Race engineer tools • AI battery control • Pitstop management • Mechanical failures • Career mode app
This display system adds an additional interface layer with a more dynamic visual layout while using the same core data already present in the mod.
A great alternative UI option that improves immersion without affecting the physics or underlying systems.
Installation Instructions
• Open each car’s ext_config.ini
• Paste the provided code sections at the bottom
• Place Nuzzi_Display.lua inside each car’s extension folder

⚠️Overtake Mode & Active Aero ⚠️
The Active Aero button must be configured through the VRC Extended Controls app.
To switch Active Aero to manual mode, press and hold the assigned button for around 5 seconds.
Overtake mode is only available during race sessions.
Overtake mode becomes available from lap 2 onwards and only when following another car within 1 second.
Overtake mode is intentionally disabled during practice and qualifying sessions, in line with the 2026 regulations.
If overtake mode cannot be activated, verify that the VRC Extended Controls app is installed correctly and that the Active Aero control has been assigned.

I got the Active Aero to work manually (by holding the drs button for 5 seconds), but no OT button at all. vrc advance settings shows up as blank without vrc cars pressent. I don't understand why it so complicated. And yes everthing has been clean instelled, but to no avail. Can anyone out there help?
I have followed the directions for tyre install but am having trouble - still showing as black on the cars. Tried putting the .zip file into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\textures\cars both as "4K_2K_TYRES.zip", and tried separately when renaming it to "2026_tyres.zip" with no success. Any suggestions?
Looks like your doing a lot for update 3.0 looks great, like winglets on rear wings, maybe add ferrari's new front wing?? Hope this is out soon!
Hey there! Thanks for your support! Definitely, there's a lot of new content coming soon, and we're getting close to the release of v3.0. 🚀
Here's a tip to improve performance: create multiple optimization LODs, for example, LOD_B and LOD_C, because even the latest version of the mod is almost unplayable with the full grid
Why Active Aero is set to automatic? It is not realistic. And can you change it somewhere else than in data-folder?
since 2.0 my cars veer to the left or right on straights as well as pulling on brake to one side... (no i dont have stick drift) any reason why?
I just wanted to say that the redbull and ferrari “Macarena” rear wings arent working, and its just hte normal one, also Tom97 said there is an option for auto and manual drs but idk where that is please help me
this is why trp is the best fr fr
🔥🔥
When is the update v2.0 being released?
hello trp, tyou can send me your csp preset of the photos taken plsss
Check CD Imagined Visuals here on Patreon, they have all the settings I'm using.
Hey guys, great job on the model, overall a great mod, but I think there is some work need to be done with the force feedback, the overall feedback is way too weak, it's impossible to feel the tyre grip, the steering has no weight at any speed, this makes the experience not enjoyable. Also, while the feedback on the tyre grip is too weak, the car reacts to bumps way too violently; it's like my wheel is trying to rip my hands off when I hit a bump on the track. I am looking forward to the improvement.
Thanks so much for your feedback and support! the full v2.0 will be ready soon.
just wondering as it doesn't seem to open drs/straight mode when in practice. is that just how it is or is there a way to fix that?
Does anyone know why this mod is suddenly a so heavy on my end? I tried to run a session with the full grid and the game instantly crashes. Tried around 4 times and each time the game gets stuck and crashes. Is it because all the AI opponents are using complex physics? Edit: I have an Nvidia 4060 Graphics card with Intel Core i7 - 14650HX CPU and 16GB Memory
Thanks for sharing this, it’s a bit strange to be honest. I’m running a less powerful PC and can get around 50 FPS in 4K on max settings with no freezing or crashes. I’ve just posted a new download link with some optimisations. Try doing a clean install from that version first. If you’re still having issues, I’d suggest checking your Content Manager settings and maybe lowering a few things slightly. Let me know how it goes after trying the new version.
The Best Mod for Assetto Corsa when it comes to the 2026 season. Only problem I have is that the Red Bull livery is chrome and not blue
Thank you for your support! RedBull paint fixed, link updated!
Hello, I got issue with the force feedback of this mod. I am using Moza R3, and there is barely any force feedback on this mod. Project 2026 is slightly better, but the force feedback is still significantly weaker than other mods under the same setup. I tried to increase the ffb percentage, but it just muffled the feeling, didn't really help. Is there some specific requirement that I am missing out?
Thanks for sharing this detailed feedback and your setup, that really helps! I will take a look at the FBB, physics have not been updated yet, so this helps when it drops.
They said on their discord server that it's coming out today
I think they're going to release it tomorrow
i bet this is delaying
So it isnt coming out today?
Is it coming out today? But at what time?
will yall add the new macarena wing for the rb22 ?
Macarena wings will be added in a coming updpate.
season 1994 possible or not ?
Yes, defintely working on 90's mods in the future.
Good morning, I wanted to ask you the exact day of the mod's release, thank you.

¡Hola! Soy nuevo por aquí. Perdón por hablar de esto en el topic de la temporada 2026, pero... ¿existe algún proyecto en marcha para la temporada 2003? ¡Gracias!

any update on the release window?
Your mods are great. Would you be thinking of doing a 90s or 80s mod bcz also then they were great drivers and only sim dream has some of them which are really bad.
Very nice, keep up the great work!!
Thanks for your constant support Mattew!
Your mods are all incredibly detailed and beautiful. I especially loved the F1 2014 mod. I’m keeping an eye out for mods for all the other F1 seasons. <3
