Drakengine Character Profile: Yueying

Hello hello! In an effort to build up hype surrounding Drakengine, I thought I'd release character profiles of the three playable drakengines in regular intervals. We'll start with Yueying (月英), who is based on the Chinese Chengdu J-36:

Yueying is a Generation 3 Drakengine. This means she is a fully-synthetic being, unlike Generation 1 and 2 Drakengines that use actual human brains. Gen-3s are the most common Drakengine in the present, able to perform in sports (i.e. the Draken Formula) and assist in the workplace.

The Draken Formula is a competition similar to how Zoids: New Century worked. These competitions have a variety of game modes, ranging from 1v1, teams, FFA, CtF, Assassinate, and more. Drakengines are not only limited to aerial designs - They can also be Naval and Land designs as well. The aerial types simply are the most popular in-universe.

Yueying is a sort of "tank" when you pilot her in the Draken Formula. She has the ability to use her supersonic stealth to dodge attacks, her multispectral situational awareness to reveal enemy actions and deal more damage, and her tailless trijet to gain even more dodges while inflicting a potent dot on the enemy.

We're still tweaking the hard numbers of how much HP she has, the cooldowns on skills, and more, but in general Yueying should have a good deal of survivability. Her route is all about exceeding limits and proving that determination will lead you to victory even against the worst odds.

That's all for now. See you soon-ish for another general update across all projects in February!
