SZ Vol II Cover Reveal (for real this time!! )

Hello Dragons,

Earlier the Oni team reached out to inform me that WOMEN WRITE ABOUT COMICS has shared the cover reveal of VOLUME II (and the synopsis huhu) in this exclusive article! ->

I have yet to post about it on my other socials (some sites were not loading the cover so I figured I'd let them sort out the kinks until next week) SOOOOO You're THE FIRST ONES to see it!

I'm honestly so happy with the way it turned out (special thanks again to my assistant "K" who went above and beyond for this). Despite VOL I and VOL II covers being drawn over a year apart I think these two will look really aesthetic and lovely next to each other.

I wanted the covers to be mirror images while also conveying some events that take place in VOL II (such as Clove getting rained on... her clothes are actually soaked here but It was censored out by the dragon glow huhu)

I'm not sure how true this is but someone did point out that Clove is holding the dagger in a defensive manner while Kyro is more offensive (of course haha). I only went with what "looked good" to me subconsciously so if that's true I'd say it's a happy accident!

Thank you to everyone who shared their copies of VOL I with me! It truly filled my heart with joy to see so many of them around social media! I even ran to a couple Barnes and Nobles to see them in person! I only found 1 in each store (apparently that's very common for new authors) but it was still a dream come true! Thank you again to all of you for making this happen <3
