Origin Story: Season 1 - Now available on Steam!
We’re here, everyone. The launch of Origin Story: Season 1 on Steam is a go!
And now, I fall to my knees and beg you. If you buy it, please leave a review. That review score is going to be pivotal in how well it succeeds. No doubt I’m going to get reviews in the same vein that I get every time I release a new chapter and a new wave of players are introduced. You know, the “eurgh, I ignored the warning, chose poorly and now I’m being NTR’d by the past” or the “eurgh, every girl is a slut… even the virgins” or the “what, no animations in 2026?!”. So, yeah, please help counter such inevitable reviews with some nice words of your own.
And if you're on the discord, and have purchased on Steam, hit up any of the Supervillains with proof of your purchase, and they'll grant you a Steam role for access to the rest of the channels that you would normally get on patreon (if you're not already in them already).
I know I say it all the time, but I feel like I need to. I would not have been able to get this far into developing this game and reached this point of releasing on steam without your support. Working on OS has, frankly, made my life less miserable and given me purpose, and the support you guys have given has allowed this to be more than just a passing hobby. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Hello dev before playing I want to confirm that there is no ntr (netorare) and cheating (mc's girls cheat with mc with other man)because I avoid those (l don't consider lesbian as a ntr)
Hey. No. There is no point in the game where any girls you have built a romantic relationship with cheat on the MC. However, there is a point where we see a flashback of a potential future LI interacting with another man. Some other small scenes with female background characters interacting with men. And in the future there will also be some optional swinging/sharing content with some of the girls and other men too, but all by the players(MC's) command. None of that is actually NTR but it doesn't stop some people determining it so. It all can all be avoided with the safe mode though.
So heard about this game in another games Patreon. Saw it is on Steam so downloading it now. Couple of questions... 1. Seems the game is done on Patreon, expectations for full release on Steam? 2. LI status? Harem, or single girl paths? Always nice to know before you get too far into a game to learn you save is dead (lol).
1. Nope, no game is done on Patreon. Season 1 is already released on Steam and we're now 2 chapters into Season 2 (latest one was only released two weeks ago... on Patreon). 2. Harem recommended but it is possible to reject certain girls... and there are some different scenes if you do, but I'd heavily encourage chasing everyone.
Just finished the game. Holy shit, I have to say the character design is really well done. Besides the different face shapes and makeup, the bodies especially — breast size, areola color and details — are just amazing. That’s a rare plus in this kind of AVN. I love your character design!! By the way, I’m not really into anal, but I’d love to see ''titjob cumshot'' scenes with big breasts (like Emerald) in the future. That would be really hot too!!
are scenes with mc clones still in plans? I hope bunch of weirdos didn't discourage you to making them
Yeah still planned. If I'm introducing optional sharing with actual guys, it'd sure be silly of me to back off on the clone scenes. 😁 It just needs a scene with Cat training him how to do it first, and that is coming up soon 😊

Thanks, so it's not possible to have good romance content with particular girl/s right? If they have fun with each other and generally sharing is present is hard to make it good and realistic. MC just a sideline dildo in that case and relationships with girls are more like FWB than true love

I see saves are not compatible? I tried to copy them over and instead of loading it starts a new game.
Though not a patreon, Ive been playing OS for almost 3years, update by update. And I was really happy to see it on steam. Bought it and left a positive review. JDOR I hope it helps you and your game succeed, Good Luck! Cant wait to continue season 2 :D
I hadn’t been following along closely, but congrats on the completion of season 1! I finished playing all the way through for the fullest experience, since I had time. Was great fantastic and all the other words of praise for it. Also since I was so in the zone I continued playing chapter 9. For how wide the universe is I was not ready for the second half of that chapter. My head is a complete mess and I’m reeling from the mental confusion and huge twist of it all. Was. Nonetheless the greatest experience ever and I thank you for the huge blessing and good times Origin Story has brought me from earlier on till now and even in the future. P.s. can I have the next chapter, please and thank you, that’d be great!
Didn't see much negative comments on steam. The one I saw was wrong but clear in what disappointed them than spewing hate.

I still remember something from JDOR's post when Chapter 1 was launched: he offered a different theme, provided reassurance by announcing that he was two or three Chapters ahead in development and asked that no "evil modder" create an iPatch making Parker the official mom (a request that was clearly ignored) 🤣👍. Now that the story is almost halfway through the originally announced 20 Chapters, I would like to congratulate you on the launch and wish you the best of luck 😜.

No problem, love your work, and take care your Awesome!!! I've seen resently fans posting a review seconds after buying the game. I would recommend playing through once so review doesn't look dodgy. At least put in the review that you played for months on patreon. Just my opinion
