I read for 4 hours very slowly to provide an honest review and my thoughts on all 182 pages. I hope you enjoy reading my thoughts and observations!  Sooooooo... this comic left me with more Questions than answers... and I'm getting dizzy with all the string theories. Is the Crucible where the magical, spicy hot springs are located? ;) I enjoyed how you open the scene with a succubus-and-vampire bar called the "Crucible," cutting straight to the point that it is a den of desires and debauchery. Morrigan is as free and lucid as ever, while Albedo is as poised and rigid as ever. Interesting how you added Primarch Fulgrim (40K) and Sephiroth (FF7) to the mix, it's as if the "Crucible" is similar to synonyms, likeness, and charm as the "RAVE." AND of course, you couldn't leave Rias out of such a lewd place! Could you imagine having Morgain as your sexual education coach! But she is not wrong, don't merge a desire to please with passion and intimacy. HA! Lucy is as money-grubbing as ever, and she and Morrigan!? Now you piqued my interest AGAIN. Is this one of those YorXMarin back story elements you're in development of? You never disappoint with how you lead the characters into a passionate embrace. You always take the time to develop intimacy in such a refined way. Albedo gets under Morrgain's skin as the one who "Gets away," driving her crazy, and it shows in her dialogue. Speaking of driving people crazy, no one does an ASS shot so persuasively and expressively as you do. Ada and Albedo Besties? And I like how Ada threw Ainz's name out there, implying the illusion of free will. When did Marin get wings? Or is this her cosplay to sneak into the "Crucible"?  I love how you developed the power play dynamic between the two. Morrigan appears composed in her dominance, yet Albedo is playing a game of subterfuge to get under her skin (or clothing) and rattle her focus. I like how you contrasted the lighting in the intimate scenes while keeping the cooler tones to maintain the Victorian Gothic aesthetics. Albedo sure did a wonderful job making Morrigan jealous! AND of course, Levi zips in to watch the drama live with popcorn in hand! ...and like flash, she's gone. Surprising. Albedo is honest about her intentions, and yet Morrigan becomes a killjoy? The anticipation is so exciting and exhilarating!  Dark Sailor Moon!? Sorry, I highly doubt her hubby would let that fly...that is, unless he is present, of course. Love Adjacent? Really?! xD You did an adorable job making Morrgain look like a love-struck puppy before being spooked by Lucy. For being the 'Mature one,' she turns into an awe-struck, giddy girl with her mouth open, touching her lips just from the sight of Albedo's backside. Only to resume her mature poise before Albedo pours her heart out again. Only to be interrupted in a classic fashion before they were inches away from a heavy and passionate wet kiss. Those are two main characters I would not want to piss off.  You know, for Eve being a battle-hardened veteran, her stamina is definitely not up to snuff if both Marin and Emilia can wear her down after two hours! But it's very cute how Emilia wheeled her out in a wheelbarrow (and I have no idea where she found one). Aery and Emmy banging on the floor, Morrigan being called an angel? Camie and Orihime engaged? And now Ada and Ruby? Things sure do escalate exponentially quickly at the Crucible, and what's this opening and closing business 6PM to 2PM BS?! >_<  Party all night long! Poor Lucy, all alone; she should at least share a glass of wine with Levi on the balcony.  The image of the cathedral, with its hues of purple and warm light, is truly amazing. The backgrounds you created reminded me of the 40K hive cities of the pleasure planets. Talk about a love confession of "It's not you, it's me" argument followed by a UNO reversal! You made Morrigan very cute when she is blushing and flustered. Such a beautiful color choice for a "leash," and Lucy saves the night again! This is one of the closest you have gotten to the BDSM, which makes sense given the premise and context of what is playing out. I gotta tell you, you did an AMAZING job with their interactions! The poses with the leash, the setups on how they are entangled with one another, the lighting across their skins, their facial and body expressions are just magnificent to behold. In the end, they finally were honest with each other's feelings and desires, and Albedo is still a virgin (sort of)! Honestly, I love your use of eclectic dialogue alongside your art. As an avid book reader, I find the story just as important, and your use of varied dialogue is very refreshing, bringing it to life. It took me four hours to read and write this review, and as a fan, that is nothing compared to the countless hours you put into this comic. I hope I made you smile, knowing that I loved every moment of this creation that took you over a year to knock out, and it was totally worth the wait. Keep building these truly wonderful and amazing wonders, Untouchable girl!  - Void

STRAP IN! this review is 2700 words! XD wall of text inc! =) “Welcome to my Carnival” No truer words have been spoken with the release of this comic “Let it Burn” . .. … Before I begin though… *applauds* Levi. Congratulations on the release of your 6th and most ambitious comic to date! You always continue to meet and surpass your previous works with your dauntless humour and with a smile that continues to shine even when you’ve had to restart this comic completely over! I can only hope that you never lose hope or sight of your goals, cuz when you aim for greatness, you’re always reaching for the stars and grabbing it with conviction and a dash of stubbornness 😉 I, and I’m guessing many others would LOVE to see what the original plan was for Let it Burn before you had to start over.. But I digress! … .. . HOOOOO BOY! This was like a novel I couldn’t put down until I finished it in one sitting! So due to all the thoughts I’ve had while reading this 2-3 times. I’m going to split this review into 11 sections: 1. Art 2. Main Plot + Main Characters 3. Side plot(s) + Side Characters 4. Cameos 5. Spice – aka SEX!!!!! 6. Best moments 7. Critic mode. 8. final/overall thoughts **Each section will have a “gold star” for what I believe was the best part of each section** 1. Art – I’ve been following you since a few weeks before your first comic “What we couldn’t say – Yor x Marin” released and I’m floored with how much you’ve improved in just a under a year! Let me say that again… >1< FUCKING YEAR! IF I WERE A NEW PERSON TO YOUR PATREON, I’D SAY THAT THIS WAS DONE AT LEAST A DECADE AFTER YOUR FIRST…. Ahem… anyway! Your artwork -- as I’ve mentioned in my mini review -- makes everything you’ve released before this pale in comparison. Your attention to detail, be it clothing, limbs, body contortion, liquid/sweat/drool/spittle, facial expressions, and even background, small props and lighting/shadow. Every detail looks like it was done by a professional (and knowing what you’ve allowed us to know about your life outside of Patreon, this is 100% the case, YOU are the professional at work here) Skin tone is smooth as fuck and looks life like (especially when it comes to the sex, but we’ll cover that later!), the eyes bring the characters to life more than any action or pose you draw them in. And the cute “eyeshadow” you give them really makes their eyes stand out more =D Hair is wavey and flowing and I can see every strand of it. When people run or walk or even tilt their head, the hair looks like it’s following the model instead of just being a half ass lazy “adjusted for slight movement” that many seem to do. Clothing design is immaculate and shiney! They flow and hug and “move” during each panel and page we see them, plus the way they stand out dependant on how much lighting is used is amazing! =D **Golden star** for making the horns on Albedo look realistic, I’ve seen many artist try their hand at making the perfect 3D ivory coloured horns but always falls flat on their faces, in a 3D artist world we’re currently in, what you pulled off is impressive and should be commended <3 ---------- 2. Main Plot and Main Characters. ---------- The overall plot of Let it Burn – for me at least – seems to be one of learning to let go of who you once were and to embrace what you have and who you love. We see this time in and time out with previous comics that Levi has published for us. The big eye opener was the comic prior to this – Asuna x Prinz Eugen aka “The Door stays Locked” where we have a small glimpse of the reality setting in for certain characters. This continues somewhat into this story, Morrigan and Albedo’s interaction in this story is what you’d expect of two Succubi, only we have one who’s had centuries of experience, and the other one… hasn’t. Their synergy, teasing and attitude toward each other plays off well (especially when Albedo plays chicken with a cock!) that ends up with them confessing to each other and make love in a church of all places (I can imagine any disciple of god having a heart attack if they were ever to witness that happening! XD) Their sexual synergy is on the next level of love making, their connection, Morrigan hesitating whether to put her “green leash of ownership” on Albedo is adorable, to which Albedo shows that she’s all for it and wants to be owned by Morrigan, a characteristic she’s always had since her days with Ainz, and one she wants to give over freely as it’s HER choice. The pendant that appears around Albedo’s neck was a nice touch and shows that the love and relationship between herself and Morrigan is forever (as Morrigan said. One it goes on, it stays on!) ---------- Morrigan’s character as the former ruler of Malkai bleeds through into her newly established character as owner of the Cruicible is on point, she’s at a position of power and that shows with her side job as a sex/couples therapist. Morrigan as a sex/couples therapist was something I wasn’t expecting, but in the land of Rave, it’s needed with SO MUCH SEXUAL ENERGY all over the place, it’s no wonder that Levi calls this her Carnival, as all that sex energy might as well be cotton candy for Morrigan. --------- Albedo’s character, her mannerisms, her “anger” moments whenever I read her dialogue and body language scream out that she’s who she was in the Overlord series. (I could even hear her dub actress when she begged Morrigan to pull the leash!) While I’m still unsure as to what Albedo’s current job/role is, but at a guess by her interaction with Ada, she’s a support/helper role. **Golden star** goes to both characters. It’s hard to not choose one or the other as both female leads have full control and command whenever they’re on screen, and when they’re on screen at the same time, neither one overpowers or gives way to the other. A perfect mix! ---------- 3. Side plot(s) and Side Characters ---------- Going to split the side characters to how they interact with each other in the story and in order of appearance. Rias – great use of her to see that her role as a demon princess and “school girl” attitude is in full swing when it comes to learning new sex techniques. As I’ve mentioned in the characters section, it seems she’s more in tune with what she wants and isn’t shackled to who she was in her former dimension (that also seems true to every character). Lucy/(Ciri only in mention) - Lucy being the lookout/doing Morrigan’s dirty work is in character for her. Needs to make that coin somehow =D I was unsure on the “when” hers and Ciri’s pack took place in this comic, but that was put to rest when you mentioned the ass licking callback from their set =) Ada/Ruby – poor Ruby being injured and having Cammy, Orihime and later Albedo save/treating her, she probably ran herself to exhaustion with studying those dimensional book and wasn’t aware enough to avoid being injured. Also c’mon Ada! Confess! Ruby needs this ;) (p.s. this seems like a small set/comic is needed for some context on how Ruby got into that state =D) **Golden Star** Tifa/Eve/Aerith/Emilia – Even if it was for only a split page, YES! TIFA AND AERITH YURI SEX! (also upscale Tifa/Aerith pack when???? ^^) Having this foursome go to Morrigan for advice and for Emilia to break out of her shell more so this happy foursome can swap with consent is a nice touch =) also It’s a great shoutout that Aerith while getting used to the idea of swapping is still the voice of reason/mouthpiece for some of the readers ;) (fourth wall break I love them!!) It’s funny to see the aftermath of Eve’s loss to Marin at the NYE special had affected her greatly (not that she would admit that mind you XD) love the rant when she lost to Emilia! The wheelbarrow is a comical gag that works so well and plays into Emilia’s Lilith like body structure, I’m impressed she got Eve into that thing in the first place! C’mon Tifa! Time to give Eve some loving and make her win another round for once :P Seeing two calm and quiet characters such as Aerith and Emilia turn out to be quite the horn dogs when they get going =D hope to see another pack involving them that could be a small comic ;) Cammy/Orihime – It was cute seeing Cammy coming to Morrigan for advice on Orihime - also bringing Morrigan’s own feelings into light - and even cuter when she compared her own feelings towards Ori in the same light that Morrigan has for Albedo. The proposal and celebration was sweet, left a happiness inside me, and made me look forward to seeing either the wedding and honeymoon they’ll eventually have =) or a nice set that showcases everything in an abridged version =) Overall, the Side plots and secondary characters provide a balanced pallet to the story, are plentiful and fit well without detracting from the main characters or story! You’ve found the balance and it fuckin smashes it! ---------- 4. Cameos. ---------- You mentioned when we talked via DM that you were worried about having too many cameos would get yourself lost in what you have. Well, I can say with 100% clarity that you haven’t lost yourself =) there was enough cameos that left for more intrigue and for people like me and Void (I see you there bro! =D) to begin speculating and crafting wild as fuck theories! XD List of Cameo characters (also in order of appearance) – Sephiroth and Fulgrim. Nice to see two baddies chatting up a storm, God only knows what would happen if those two were to team up XD Yor/Marin – great to see them! Even as a small cameo like this =D LEVI!!! – just the nonchalant of her just being there, eating popcorn and then zapping off before Morrigan and Albedo even see she’s there got me laughing XD. And yet again on pages 111 and 112! Enjoying the wine there I see ;) and your final appearance at the end is a great trilogy of cameos (this falls short of knocking off her cameo appearance in Lucy/Ciri image set btw!) - More of this in future comics please! =) **Golden Star** Usagi and Saeko. Now HERE is a pairing you’ve mentioned that is going to be canonical to the Carnival! I’m SO locked in for this and looking forward to seeing this take shape =) (scared but strong Usagi about to be attacked, but then comes in a sadistic Saeko, ready to defend her) ---------- 5. Spice – aka SEX!!!!! ---------- Surprisingly! The main characters are NOT the only ones to be shown having sex in this! We have 4 instances of anything sexual or spicy, I’ll go through them quickly. - Blowjob by Albedo to a random John – Not much from this, only Albedo doing something quickly just to get Morrigan jealous, it does the job though without going too much into it. - Tribbing with Tifa and Aerith – this was a nice surprise to see! I’m a big supported of the Tifa/Aerith ship, especially when it comes to yuri content and packs, so this was great to see happen in some form =) (last time was the Tifa/Aerith yuri pack a couple of years ago) – Shades of sex between Emilia and Eve, even if it was a few ghostly images, it was fun to hear what Eve demanded from Emilia despite being too fucking knackered to do them XD **Golden star** - Lovely Yuri sex between Morrigan and Albedo- well, well, well! Where do I start with this? This is of course the main event, and what many have been expecting to see after being cock/pussy blocked for 100+ pages. This HAS to be the kinkiest you’ve been yet without diving into full blown BDSM fetish play. Albedo leaning into her submissive side and being chained to Morrigan, and both using that chain to perform all sorts of sexual acts? The positions, love and hotness are on a new level, I honestly thought you peeked with what you did with Tifa x Eve back in October, but you’ve replaced that ---------- 6. Best Moments/pages ---------- I have moments that span across both SFW and NSFW I’ll start with the SFW stuff first and then go into the NSFW There will be a golden star for best SFW, best NSFW and best overall. SFW - Page 4 – Albedo’s look to the left as she observes Morrigan fucking a John is a great profile shot. So much detail is put into this that it needs to be made into a 19.5:9, 20:9 aspect shot for phone screens! Page 58 – gratuitous Levi Cameo eating popcorn watching the drama unfold, gotta love it! Page 69 (Nice!) – The “I’m staring deep into your soul as you just fucked up” silent stare is both great as a wordless page along with it saying a lot! **SFW – Golden Star** Page 71 – Morrigan just staring off into the distance while thinking of Albedo, only to have Lucy jump scare her was funny XD Page 72 + 73 – those solo shots of Albedo looking over the city, and Morrigan looking in lust and love at Albedo. Need I say more? Page 89 – it’s Eve in a wheelbarrow being pushed by Emilia! LOL! Page 127 – “We Let it Burn” no other words needed. Page 133 – ass grab! Damn Morrigan has a nice ass! =D Page 177 – the appearance of Morrigan’s pendant and ownership of Albedo =) -------- NSFW- page 41 – call me a fucking simp but IDC! I LOVE this scene of Tifa and Aerith tribbing XD Page 54 – The combo of Albedo about to take in a cock with that chibi Morrigan looking “clearly unbothered” made this one of the funnier pages. **NSFW – Golden Star** Page 149 – 156 this whole sequence, from Morrigan standing tall over Albedo, Albedo yelling “PULL!” to Morrigan and the subsequence pulling, got me shaking. Not gonna lie, this was HOT AS FUCK! And I don’t like dom/sub roles! Page 160 – Morrigan’s gift to Albedo, even though it’s just spit swapping, this is such an intimate act it shows the love between these two succubi! Page 170 – WHAT IN THE FUCK WERE YOU DRINKING OR SMOKING WHEN YOU THOUGHT THIS UP???? =D it’s fuckin amazing! ** Golden Star – best overall** Any page with Tifa/Aerith/Eve/Emilia – I LOVE this foursome, they work off each other no matter what page they’re in. I can only hope that one day we get a foursome comic/set including them =) ---------- 7. Critic mode. ---------- A. Not a lot of critic here, just that there seems to be some moments I think was missing? Maybe? When the sex between Morrigan and Albedo starts it seems to be just a page of two of touching and swapping spit until they suddenly take a break? B. This might be more of a “This looks like a mistake, but it’s actually supposed to be there” moment now that I think about it. Images 171 + 172 seems like a duplicate image but the only difference is the brighter glow on the leash. C. change in animation/design – this is just a very small nitpick on my end, at times when it comes to scene transitions, we get a few images that aren’t as detailed as the rest of the comic is. But this is only affecting transition pages where we see the cameo appearances with overlaying texts. ---------- 7. Final/Overall Thoughts ---------- Overall – Let it Burn aka Morrigan x Albedo is an SSS comic. It took everything that was seen in previous comics and expanded upon to create a fun comedic fuelled story that can be read as a continuation or as an entry comic, no one is losing any kind of context to who is who and will want people to look up the previous comics for the stories. That’s one of the best things about Levi’s comics, where context should matter, but it doesn’t matter in the end. =D Thank you Levi, for sharing with us your thoughts and creativity, and most importantly, welcoming us into your Carnival. This was amazing. Such a wonderful build to an amazing climax. Honestly 100/100 no notes. The story had me locked in more than the action.

150+ pages!? You’re rivaling graphics novels! Definitely a time commitment, but so long as you set out to accomplish what you wanted to achieve, it’s totally worth it. This was worth the wait and absolutely incredible. I love all the little Easter eggs and cameos. This is just brilliant. From art to dialog just brilliant.

Your universe keeps expanding, and I’m glad there’s continuity. This is also the Emilia you mentioned was your favorite, no? I’m glad you were able to work with her, even if she wasn’t the main protagonist this time. And the couple already have a pack from January how could I even forget that lol, my bad. 1000% worth the wait. Thank you for the time and passion you put into your stories.

Is it kosher to point out typos? Because enjyoing is not a word I remember (page 12) The popcorn bit on 58 had me do a spit take, well done. Poor Eve. Her reputation is in tatters regarding her stamina lol. "Mgaic" on panel 102 All in all, the moral of the story: honesty is the best policy. Great stuff, take a break--you've earned it!
