Oh boooy lol.
So I recently upgraded to the new 5090 GPU, figuring it'd make me able to work faster. I should've done research cause while photoshop works just fine, there was a mismatch with it and the primary tool I use to make my stuff, forge.
TO say I was panicking is to put it mildly.As in my regular dayjob I also need my computer able to render AI. So I went into crisis mode to figure out what to fucking do. I had the old GPU but rolling back drivers was probably going to cause just as many issues, so I was determined to figure out how to fix it.
And I did! And friends, I am fast as fuck now. Just had to suffer defcon 5 for a few days.
Seriously, normally when I render like, a glow effect or something in photoshop it can take a minute or two. It is done in seconds now. And my muscle memory is adjusting haha. My wrist is actually a little sore from using my stylus and tablet to finishing editing this one. In true 4k, as I no longer have to upsample from 2k to accomplish the effect.
So here's Amina's rainy day service, since it's been a minute since she had a solo outing. : ) Maybe my schedule won't be so wonky now. @_@ So fast!
