1/25/26 Update:
When placing this lot, you may see a message saying “51 items removed.” I’m not entirely sure which items the game is referencing, as I’ve compared the in-game lot to the photos and everything shown is present.If you have the mods listed below installed and up to date, nothing should be missing. Any differences are extremely minor (for example, a small decor swap like a coffee mug).
There are no broken mods included. Please make sure your script mods are current, as outdated mods can cause removal notifications.

hey my loves! I’m so excited to share a new 2BD/2BA residential rental lot that I fully decorated. below is the link to the download folder. the lot size is 2.7GB💕💕 this rental unit should be placed on any 30x20 lot. only ONE unit is fully decorated, the other unit is unfurnished and will be apart of a future upload. original unfurnished townhome is by cubizim from the gallery!
if everything is done correctly, once you open up your game, you should see "[SS] Willow Townhome PT. 1" located in your library in the GALLERY. make sure to check on "include custom content.”

its not letting me open the game because of the laundry overhaul... is there anyway i can fix the issue?? Is it suppose to be in the MOD folder??

Probably not more than a 3 bedroom 😩 I like to keep the cc folders at 1-2GB

You can put it anywhere, but you have to be sure to go into build mode, and edit the lot to residential type. I was having this issue too, but I just figured it out.
