gender-neutral baby shower venue lot🧸

hey my loves! I wanted to try something new, so here's a renovated gender neutral baby shower lot venue! it's a 30x20 lot with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I hope you guys like it!! make sure to put the tray files in your TRAY folder and the mods for the house go into your MODS folder. always check for duplicates! 💕

if everything is done correctly, once you open up your game, you should see "[SS] Baby Shower Venue" located in your library in the LIBRARY!
