Now accepting PayPal for Commissions!

For the most the strategy of the using the Patreon shop for commissions has worked, but I have had accouple members encounter issues. So I have set up a PayPal account and am now accepting payments for commissions through that!

I still prefer going through Patreon so I am keeping that method around for those who wish to pay through here.
