EI - Season 1 Update

It's time for another little progress report 🙂.
First things first: Eruption Imminent - Season 1 got its final approval on Steam! 🥳
No adjustments to the game were necessary.
With that out of the way, all is on course for a smooth release on the 25th. There are no more open tasks for me there, except some more testing. I don't expect any bigger hiccups though.
Also, after some (a lot) of feedback, I decided to make the game version with the gallery and the character overview available outside of Steam as well. This version will come out on September 16th for Gold tier supporters on Patreon/SubscribeStar and on itch.io. At the same time there will be a free public release of the final Season 1 version which includes the updated UI and some smaller Quality of Life features. Achievements will stay a Steam-exclusive feature since that is directly tied to Steam's platform.
In summary, Eruption Imminent - Season 1 will come out in 3 different versions (note that regional prices may vary):
Steam Premium Version
When: August 25th
Where: Steam, for $13.99
What: Episodes 1-7 + Updated UI + Gallery + Character Overview + Achievements
Premium Version
When: September 16th
Where: Patreon/SubscribeStar, for Gold tier ($15/month) supporters & on itch.io, for $13.99

Free Version
When: September 16th
Where: Patreon/SubscribeStar, for free
What: Episodes 1-7 + Updated UI
(And just to clarify: There is no new story content in these versions)
I made a lot of changes in the backend for these newer versions, so be aware that old save files will NOT be compatible with the newer versions of the game. I know that this is pretty annoying, but with so many unlockable things, the alternative would have been too messy. Sorry. HOWEVER... exported world states from the end of Season 1 from any version will be compatible with Season 2. So as long as you clicked the button to export at the end of Ep. 7, you'll be fine there. I will also make sure that the 3 new versions are compatible with each other, should you want to upgrade from Free to Premium at some point.
I've had a bunch of people asking about translations. I will take a look at those some time after the Steam release. Getting good translations is expensive, so a lot in that regard depends on how well the game will do on Steam.

Solid move, Morrigan. I’m glad that you’ve decided to take care of your supporters - especially those that have been doing so for months/years in the higher tiers. I’ve only been following as a free supporter. With that being said, I look forward to purchasing it on Steam to support you; even if it’s only a one-time payment - as I don’t have the means to support you monthly. It’s the least I can do so your game gets more visibility on the platform. Plus… I really just enjoy the story and world you’ve built around this AVN. Take care, and good luck on S2!
I was a little shocked about the savegame situation at first. But when we just can import our latest saves, everything is fine. Regarding translations: Don't forget that you have +5k followers. Mr. Moonmi asked his community https://www.patreon.com/mrmoonmi/posts/community-for-to-162981461. Why not try that first, before you go to translation companies that mostly use AI today anyways?

Congratulations on final approval. With the way things have been going with Steam in the adult gaming sphere, that alone is a monumental achievement. Good luck on the 25th, at the very least, you already have my $14.
