Episode 6 - Progress Report #39

Hey everyone

Sorry for the missed progress report last week. I was dealing with some nasty migraines for a couple days and work slowed down because of it 馃槪. I'm back on my feet and healthy now though, and I managed to make up for some of it in the last few days.

Here is the progress:

  • Writing: 100%

  • Coding: 100%

  • Environments: 75%

  • New Characters: 7/7

  • Background Characters: 36/36

  • Renders: 84%

    • Part 1 (9:00pm): 852/852

    • Part 2 (10:00pm): 457/457

    • Part 3 (11:00pm): 632/632

    • Part 4 (12:30am): 1033/1033

    • Part 5 (2:00am): 510/590

    • Part 6 (3:00am): 0/600

  • Music/Sound: 0%

  • Testing/Polish: 20%

馃搯 Release date estimate: September 2025

As you can see, my estimates for Part 5/6 were a bit off again (is anybody still surprised?), but I should be done with it soon. So I can start with the grande finale in the next couple days! 馃コ

September will be upon us soon, but I'm still hopeful for a release later in the month. I'm focused and I make good progress currently (when I'm not being sick), so I'm positive I can keep that pace for this last stretch. There will be a bit more to do than usual in terms of sound, and a lot more to do in terms of testing and polish. But it's not too far away, promise! 馃檪

This will be the only update that will take close to a year of development? Like after this its back to 4/5 months of development?

It's really a good thing that release is a bit delayed. With HAHT being out, both VNs get the room they deserve. Looking forward to party!
