Game Keys Sent! Thank You All!!!
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
UPDATE: Many people are reporting that the email messages we sent are being flagged as spam. If you have filled out the form and are having trouble finding your game key, be sure to check your spam folder!
Hello everyone!
To all of you who received and filled out the form, your game key should now be in your email inbox! Changeling Tale will be available for download in just a half-hour from now, and you can redeem your key now to snag the game as soon as it goes live!
With a fixed Steam deadline and a lot of preparatory work going into launch, we pulled an all-nighter and cut it right down to the wire in true game dev fashion--and unfortunately a few Ch. 5 illustrations didn't quite make it through the full shading process :( We'll patch in the fully rendered images very soon, but in the meantime, we hope a few somewhat flat-looking assets won't detract from the experience, or from the accomplishment you all made possible!
And on that note, it is with extreme honor and excitement that the team and I are getting ready to finally click the button that launches Changeling Tale for everyone to experience! It's been a (very) long time coming, and I want to take the time in this post to humbly thank all of you for your support. Whether continuous--yes, some of you have been here since the beginning!--or recent, having you as patrons has allowed me to make this game full time and bring its core story to fruition. The entire team--all four of us--are incredibly grateful to this patient and responsive community!
And yes, it's only been a team of four this whole time! Watsup and Little Librarian also work full-time doing art and writing, respectively, and CheasyDino has been our amazing composer in addition to working another full-time job. The encouragement of our Patreon members means the world to us, and has allowed us to create something of which we're all very proud!
So here goes nothing... and everything! With the release of Changeling Tale, it will see the complete playthroughs of the three MacLeod sisters. But stay tuned... the project won't be at an end! Still to come will be additional chapters, romances, and whole new storylines and characters! We're excited for how far we've come and at what is yet ahead of us. We hope to have you along for the adventure!
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, and happy holidays!

How do I submit the form for the game key?
You should have gotten a DM containing the game key form in your patreon DM and/or email if you were a member before the cutoff date - these emails do often go to spam, so make sure you check there. If you didn't get one, send LN a patreon DM or wait for a patreon DM response to this message, he'll get back to your as soon as he's available.
Now this is how you finish the year. Congrats. :-)
Thanks a ton, KC! We're glad we squeezed it in just before the clock ticked it over!
After such a long time, it finally saw the light of day. Seven years in the making (at least)! And after backing it since 2018, I can finally say this: Congratulations for reaching this milestone in this wonderful labor of love~
Thank you so much! :B
Thanks for the key! I've been a Patron since very early in the project and have loved seeing the progress. It's awesome to see the game finally be released! So exciting! Congratulations to all those involved!

Thanks a ton! It feels surreal to have finally crossed this big of a finish line!
Mine wound up in the spam folder, so if you didn't get your key, be sure to check there.
Glad you spotted it in there! Sorry the email got flagged as spam x_x
Found mine (it was in the spam folder, check there if you're looking yourself). Thank you guys so much!
Really glad you found it! Sorry it ended up there @_@
Congrats!, make sure to check your spam folder as thats where mine was hidden
Thanks for letting folks know, and glad you found it! I've updated the post with a big header to make sure people check their spam folders.
FYI, mine wound up in Gmail's spam folder.
thanks for that
What if I'm a big doofus who just filled out the form now? Will I receive a key in the future?
Oh, cool I got it.
Weird, I can’t find it in my email, but congrats
Hey Jimo! It looks like we might have accidentally sent two Steam keys to your Gmail address! I'll message you directly in your Patreon Direct Messages to make sure you got at least one!
Congratulations folks! Welcome to the big leagues!
Hahaha, I dunno if we're in the big leagues per se, but it does feel pretty good to have the game in the hands of so many players at last!
I can't install it on my phone, cause it keeps saying the app is invalid. Is there something I'm missing, or is something wrong with the apk?
I'm having the same issue
I dont have a game key, just this notification
check in spam
For the apk version, what do you mean by an unpacker?
There was an issue with the Android unpacker that we hope we were able to fix with a hotfix late last night. Try it now, and if you still encounter an issue please let us know!
Is it not available in Germany/Europe on steam yet? Get a massage that it is not available. Would like to buy the steam version too^^
There seems to be a bigger problem with that. Only the soundtrack is visible and it is tagged as "not fit for distribution, might violate national law in Germany"
Got mine! CONGRATULATIONS on the release! Watching this game grow throughout the years has been an awesome experience! Thank you for making it! 😄
It's been an incredible experience getting to make a game out of a story that's so dear to our hearts! Thank you so much for helping make it possible, and looking forward to continuing to expand on Changeling Tale for years to come!
If anyone was panicking wondering if you had forgotten to fill out the form but are sure you did, check your spam folder! It was there waiting!

I have taken the beta tester rank now, is it still possible to receive the game?
Glad you were able to activate the key! Enjoy the game!
Hey, I missed the notification for the form, but I just filled it out. Is there maybe a chance to still get a key?
Hey ASnep! I see that we sent out your key, but it may have been flagged as spam. I will message you directly with your key!
Still waiting on my key
Just got it, it was in spam
It's been a fun journey, and I'm glad to have helped in the last year or two
We couldn't have done it without you and everyone else who made Changeling Tale possible! Thank you Jared!
Key received! It arrived in my spam folder so I recommend everyone check there if you don't see it in your normal mailbox. I am very excited and can't wait. Congratulations
Thanks Lunatico Ursus for the heads up, and glad you were you able to find it! I've updated the post with a big notice for people to check their spam folders just in case.
Congratulations on making it to the end of line for this title. Breather before the next project! Been doing my best to hold off on spoiling much for myself, so definitely looking forward to this release
We'll definitely take a breather after the release flurry has died down, but this isn't the end for Changeling Tale! We have lots more romances and transformations in store for Malcolm, so stay tuned for what's next for the game!
Congratulations on the release and thank you for creating the best transformation based game i have played ^w^
That's really high praise! Thank you Kara'Kesh, I'm glad Changeling Tale met such a high bar!
