News: Beta Build Out & Next Fest Event Restream
We've had a busy month so far, so let's dive into it!
Beta Testers rejoice, for the Beta Build featuring the conclusion of Jessie's story line is finally here! Or more aptly, the conclusion(s), since the story can end several ways. The branching endings took a lot of time and effort to develop, and we're excited to hear what you think of them! If you're a member of the Beta Tester tier and haven't already, be sure to download the new build here:
We also want to thank everyone who showed up to our two Steam Next Fest events last week-- we had a great time! I don't know about you guys, but I thought it was especially fun hearing Sean Chiplock read the scenes and give the characters the professional voice acting treatment. It really brought them to life!
The event as a whole was a pretty solid success! We got a lot of new eyes on the game and over 400 new people downloaded the demo, so we're really grateful to everyone who spread the word.
If you weren't able to make it to Next Fest last week, artist Watsup will be restreaming both events on his Picarto channel tomorrow (Saturday Oct 16) at 2pm EDT! Can't make it tomorrow, either? Don't worry! Once the restreams are complete, they will be available for a while on his Picarto page as VODs. Definitely check them out, the events were a blast!
If you need any help accessing Picarto just let us know in the comments or on Discord. Little Librarian (our writer) and I will be celebrating our 5th anniversary tomorrow, so I won't be on hand to catch the restream myself, but I'm looking forward to watching the VODs and hearing just how silly my reading of Jessie's Chapter 3 was XD
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again to everyone who continues to make this game and events like these possible!

You are great people and we should thank you for all the efforts you put into creating this content.
Amazing story, and so far Grace's story is looking great too and can't wait till it comes out. But to tell you the truth I'm more interested on what's to come after you finish Grace's story.
We're excited for the dragon romance too! Won't be too much longer!
Glad to your successes and happy that the beta build is finally out, congratulations on that!
Thanks a bunch!
Loved this chapter, the ending I got was what I was hoping for from the start! Cant wait to see all the full colored versions of the sketches of malcom in this chapter. I also have to say that this whole chapter subverted my expectations on how it would play out, one scene especially really had me worried as to how it would end (guess which one lol) . And the idea of ‘werepups’ has me a little exited. Once again, y’all did a phenomenal job on this one!
Awesome, thanks Kerbalnaut! Glad we kept players guessing and that the ending was up to snuff!
Yay! New beta build! Awootober has a new addition. XD
Much awoo about something!
Glad to hear that Jessie is finally finished and avaliable to the beta testers. Now I'm definitely tempted to join that $25 tier.
It's definitely worth it!
Finally at last it's almost here for us who are not Beta testers. However, one small problem. The 15th was on a Friday, not a Saturday. Do you mean to say the Saturday Oct 16th?
Yes, 16th.
Happy Anniversary LN and LL!
Thanks Ghost :D
Congrats on hammering this together! Soon we'll finally be able to fully cap off Jessie's story!
The end is in sight! Then onto Grace!
