TOWNIE SIMDUMP : Cassie, Nathan and Malibu ♡

Hi guys 🤍 I hope you remember my HUGE save file project where I rebuilt every world I play in (yes, even Ondarion). If you haven’t seen it yet, go check out my Tumblr, I’m still really proud of it. Since I had to rebuild everything from scratch, I decided this time to fully populate every single lot, and I’ll be sharing some of my townies with you.

This won’t be like my usual themed Sims with deep lore and tons of mods — this is a lighter version. Fewer mods, some items straight from the game, more simple and playable, but of course there’s still a little story behind them.

We’re starting in Oasis Springs with a young couple, Cassie and Nathan, and their sweetest dog ever, Malibu. They live in a modern desert villa that perfectly matches Nathan’s love for clean lines and control.

Quick disclaimer: Malibu was created by the amazing Pugowned — all credits go to her! You can find the dog separately in her Gallery, but she’s also included in the tray files here.

Nathan is a young and promising oncological surgeon, very detail-oriented and a bit of a perfectionist. He met Cassie early one morning at a café and fell for her immediately. Six months later, he proposed. Sounds perfect… but Nathan isn’t exactly known for being loyal, and that might become a problem. Let’s see how their story unfolds 👀

Since I can’t completely remove sliders from my game, there will be a separate folder with all the sliders included in the Mods folder. Please be very careful when adding them to your game. If any of them conflict with your existing sliders, just remove the duplicates or the ones causing issues.

Required packs: Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together.

All CC used belongs to their respective creators — I’m truly so grateful for their amazing work and talent. If any creator would like their content removed, please feel free to contact me and I’ll take care of it immediately.

Happy simming 🤍
