NØRVEN — BAR I RESTAURANT I TERRACE I ART STUDIO
I’ve created one of my biggest builds yet NØRVEN — BAR | RESTAURANT | TERRACE | ART STUDIO, a multi-purpose space featuring a variety of locations for your sims.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of mods used, this lot is not fully functional (especially as a restaurant, please be careful! Choosing the “restaurant” lot type may cause your game to crash). For safer gameplay, I recommend setting it as a residential lot or a bar.
However, NØRVEN is absolutely perfect for storytelling, screenshots, and photoshoots.
The building is divided into two main parts:
On one side you’ll find a restaurant, bar, and a rooftop terrace.
On the other side is a full art space — an outdoor street exhibition welcomes you at the entrance, with a pottery studio on the first floor and a painting studio on the second.
The third floor features a secret bar and a cozy relaxation area.
This will remain one of my favorite builds for a long time and I hope it becomes one of yours too.

IMPORTANT (it's not included):
In order for your sims to access the 2nd and 3rd floors, you must download this mod (link) and place it near the staircase on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors (where the spiral staircase is).
