[Patreon Exclusive] [Black Crusade] [Preview] In Nomine Populi - From Dreg to Champion

This is something I've been working on for a while and only needs a bit more work to be releasable.

Essentially, allowing players to start on a super low power level, as literal dregs, and eventually, after a short campaign, start playing on normal Black Crusade power levels!

I'm quite happy about the work I've put in this, 12 pages done, and most of the rules set, but unfortunately, not all!
