brindleton estate

i created this mansion specifically for my own sims. it took me a whole month to finish the entire thing because i am, in fact, a slow builder.

  • you also need to download the additional items, which are available below.

  • this mod is required for the cc gym equipment to be functional.

  • because i used debug shrubs on the lot, sims would just ignore and walk through them as if they did not exist. to prevent this, i placed these invisible fences around the shrubs. they become visible only when you are in build-buy mode.

  • i do not guarantee that all the items used in this build are compatible with the Direct x11 version of the game.

there's no other way unfortunately. if i were to put all the cc i used in one zip file, it would be against the cc creators' terms of use.
