• the texture of the grass terrain technically exists in one of the base game files but Foxbury Institute is currently the only neighbourhood in the game that uses that texture.

• these overrides will definitely affect the appearances of any future worlds that use the exact grass texture.

• these overrides do not make the game flag any cc-free builds as containing cc.

• these overrides conflict with K-hippie's K-505 Base Game overrides.
