DPF indefinitely put on hold and new work announcement.
A lot of what I want to say has already been said in this post. In many aspects, continuing on is not the wisest choice.
Through this game I have also recognized many of my own shortcomings, creating a complex world and many original characters is not only very difficult but exhausting for me, so I decided to learn from other excellent works.
"Simple" is just a comparison to the complexity of DPF, and I've put no less effort into the new game.
When I've gained more experience, and a time when I don't need to be anxious about real life anymore, maybe I'll come back and recreate a better Divine Providence Fall.
The new game will be a story of the MC (new MC) crossing through the multiverse, with the first world being the world of Date A Live.
The style of the new game will be completely different,no sandbox, the MC and female lead will be more chaotic.
The new MC, this time he will have a face and expressions, and will be more proactive with more conversations
The female lead, should be one of the last original characters I create for a long time.

I will release more characters and information little by little, because I don't want the story to become too complex so it will basically follow the timeline of the original work.
Why is it so slow for me to post characters?
Because I create non-original characters that not only have to look good, but also look like the characters in the anime, so it takes me maybe even more time than the original characters.
I work hard on each character to make sure they fit my aesthetic.
Just this week I'll be releasing it, won't have to wait long.

It may not be appropriate to write about this after all this time, but I want to show that there are still people who believe in you, and I will wait for you to release a revised DPF. Until then, give it your all and good luck. I'm counting on you.
Nooo, reading this brings me so much sadness.. I grew so attached to these characters, the story, the world, i loved every single second of it.. that's why i even decided to support on patreon even though i don't usually sbscribe this early in the project because.... as a player, i can't know when it might be abandoned, or who knows what'll happen... i would be extremly hurt(i know right?) if this story will be completly abandoned since trully i see so much potential and faith in it, so i really hope that you will not forget about the story for the future. That being said i have respect for you for saying what's on your mind and try to improve, and as long as you plan to create a game i will support you(YOU really have so much potential and i'm not the only one who believes that from what i read). Even though i wish you best of luck with the new project i would say it wont hurt to put your thoughts on paper for DPF too, for future, that way, if you'll come back to it, you'll have something to hang on to rather that have to thing of what to implement from scratch. good luck man, as i said, you really have potentian.
Thanks, I'm just as emotionally attached to all of this, this is my first attempt at creating something, and my feelings for this game are more than I can say in a few words, and it's hard to put them into words, so I'll leave it at that. Just one thing, this isn't the end, it hasn't been completely abandoned. I want to make this game better, and for that I need time, experience, to learn and read more great works, and most of all passion, but my current situation and mental state doesn't allow me to do that. It's okay, the new game has everything I inherited, I borrowed the world from other works, but it's still my story that I want to tell.
