Hello everyone, this is Ulith.
A heartfelt thanks to all of you who've stuck by me, especially after I went silent for two months with no explanation. It truly moves me to see so many of you still here.
So, what have I been up to these past two months? Firstly, I was focused on how to restart Tohka's story. It might sound a bit foolish, and the final result might not satisfy everyone, but I genuinely spent a month thinking it over, and made some final revisions to the plot just recently.
Secondly, I finally realized that my long-standing work pattern was flawed, and I'm determined to change it.
Previously, my process involved coming up with ideas I was really happy with and then rushing to complete updates in a short period. While I was often pleased with the final product, this approach frequently led to procrastination, made me susceptible to disruptions from external factors, and took a serious toll on my health. (I'd get so absorbed and push myself so hard, leading to a very sedentary routine, that there were several times my legs ached too much for me to even get out of bed.)
Therefore, I'm committed to establishing a more regular, planned lifestyle and work routine. This means ensuring I complete a set amount of work each day. Even if I'm not immediately struck by a great plot idea, there are always things I should and can be doing—I shouldn't just grind to a halt. It took a while, but I've recently found a rhythm that works for me. I hope to have a sustainable creative career, rather than one that relies on sudden bursts of inspiration and then burning through passion in a rush to complete the work.
I had actually made good progress on both these fronts, which is why I mentioned on Monday that I'd update this week. However, an unexpected situation arose in these last few days.
A friend of mine, who is also a streamer, got caught up in some online drama. I've been trying to help them manage it. Just when I thought things were improving and I could catch my breath, a video from a much larger streamer plunged my friend into an even worse situation. Today alone, they've received over 200 public replies filled with cyberbullying and abuse.
This whole ordeal has left me completely drained and unable to focus on work. To make matters worse, someone from a private community even leaked my own comments publicly.
This isn't directly related to my work, but I wanted to offer you an explanation. I won't be discussing this matter further.
I am so sorry that I still couldn't manage the update this week. I'm truly sorry for not keeping my promise once again.
I'm setting the next update for May 24th, and the one after that for June 7th. This is, I believe, the first time I've given specific update dates, and I sincerely hope you can give me one last chance.

For this excellent work, I don't mind if the update frequency is a bit lower if you think that's an issue. I have hundreds of games on my computer, so during the waiting period, I can substitute with other games, which alleviates my anxiety about waiting for updates. Some of the criticism you receive may be because some people have insufficient stock, and the waiting drives them crazy. Most people support you and hope you can care less about the criticism, although that’s quite difficult. One small suggestion: from Shido's perspective, it feels more like NTR rather than NTL; immersing myself in it makes me feel very painful. Will you consider reducing Shido's monologues in the future? I know this suggestion might affect your view of the whole game, so don’t worry too much about it. Wishing you a wonderful day.

Thanks for the update! Take it easy you’ll get through this!
