With the Nickname Mod, you can:
Give Sims custom nicknames that appear in social interactions.
Add an extra touch of storytelling and roleplay.
How to Use:
Select the Sim you want to give a nickname to.
Click on the Sim and look for a new interaction like “Nickname Mod”.
Select “Assign Nickname”.
Enter the nickname you want.
You can see their nicknames in the social interactions.

I absolutely adore this mod! Just one tiny issue for Chinese players: after switching to the Chinese translation, the in-game menu still keeps the original English + nickname display, while all other menus are fully in Chinese. Could you kindly look into fixing this when you have time?
can you make a middle name
would it be possible to make it where everyone uses a nickname instead of having it based on individual relationships? i was hoping that this could be used to shorten names like elizabeth into lizzie and stuff like that.

I don't know if you can help here, but I have noticed that the nickname mod is bugging when used on a specific venue. It's a 'law school' venue from Ellesimsworld law school, which is using Zerbu's venues. Basically, a window that says add nickname and then i'm supposed to choose a sim from the (empty list) keeps popping up every few second and I don't know how to fix that or where the problem is. In case you have any ideas i'd be so grateful. Thx so much in advance
hi, for some reason my toddlers cant give their parents nicknames? i love this mod so much but just a little sad about this - im assuming its a glitch :)
when I download its a .rar file not a .package or a script, how do I fix this?
Right-click the file. Click"7-zip".And extract.
when I play as the toddler it doesnt show up when I click on the mum, the nickname option, but when I play as another adult or a kid it shows? any way my toddler can give his mum a nickname?

that's so cute! we can give more than one nickname to the same sim or it's limited to one? (i.e sim 1 can have more than 1 nickname given by sim 2, if I understood the mod correctly)
