The Sims 4 New Lot Type Mod - Arcade
👾 The first of many of my Custom Lot Type Mods is here 👾
I've spent the past month playing around with creating custom venue assignments, mostly for players who don't own The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits and can't/don't want to use the Custom Venue feature. And don't worry, this isn't the only Custom Lot Type I have created, and there will be plenty more to come! 👀

🎮 Arcade Lot Type Features 🎮
Brand new assignable Arcade Lot Type.
Custom visitor roles - NPC Sims will use all gaming equipment autonomously.
"Gaming Equipment" can be mixed and matched:
Arcade Machine (Get Together)
Video Game Consoles
Tabletop Games
Motion Gaming
Darts
Chess
The Arcade will be at its busiest between 10 am and 3 pm.
Children and Teens will only visit outside school hours.

REQUIREMENT: This mod requires Zerbu's 'Venue Changes Mod'. Without this, the Arcade lot assignment will not show up in Build Mode.
Download the .package file below.
Place the file no more than 2 folders deep within: (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Mods)

🐞 I have spent hours testing the mod, but bugs in The Sims 4 are common. Please let me know if you encounter any.

Are the Arcades ownable? and will Utopya'a pool tables work?
Hello! Thank you so much for creating this mod! I was wondering if this mod has any features that influence which Sims visit the arcade, such as attracting more Sims with the Geek trait or Sims who like video gaming, while discouraging Sims who dislike video gaming from visiting. If these features aren't currently available, would you consider adding them in a future update? Thank you so much for your time! ❤️
I found your mod via a friend and I really like it! I know it might be a dumb question but will this still be compatible if you have Basemental's Universal Venues or does it really require Zerbu's mod? Since both mods conflict with each other.
From my very limited testing, it does not. However, if you ask on Basemental's Discord server, they are always happy to add venues to their mod.

Does it work with KiaraSims4Mods arcade lot trait??
It should do. Kiara's mod only adds buffs and whims when the lot trait is active. This one adds unique roles to the zone director (The file that dictates which sims spawn and when)
For some reason, I don't see "Arcade" in the list of lot types in Build Mode, but I do see it in the Gallery Venue Changes installed
Do you have any other mods that either add custom lot types or change lot assignment behaviour?
