Devlog 11
Update 0.4 seemed to be well received! Sorry that it took so long to release for how short it was, there was a lot going on IRL but things should be smoother from here.
Onto 0.5...
The game now transitioning to a VN format means that the way I do updates will change slightly. Before I would make separate events for each of the characters but now I will be releasing Acts/chapters for each update. You can think of everything up till this point as Act 1.
For Act 2 I'll be progressing the story a fair bit with the first part of the act being what happened after our Mc passed out. Following from there you will get to experience the days leading up to the sect trials and how both his relationships and strength grow during this time. The current plan is for act 2 to take us all the way up until the day our Mc attempts to join the sect.
In terms of planned content I'm aiming for 1000+ new renders and a bunch of new animations to be included in the next update. At the moment a few animations are done and around 550 renders so I'd say it's about 40% done.
You'll also get to see some new looks from our characters, with new outfits for Yeuqin, Okin and Mira. Nomi has had a minor redesign and has had a haircut with the help of our favourite beast girl!
Now I don't have a planned release date yet but I'll keep you all updated on how it's progressing!

The designs are awesome, as usual. They look adorable, well done, Nyxril! So you're basically aiming for longer updates in the future? I hope things will sort themselves out for you in your private life. :)
Yep, the new updates are going to be much longer than we've had previously. It might make them take a little longer to come out but with the new format there's a lot less coding involved so hopefully that balances out the dev time.
