Lusty Tail - V2.4.0 Public Release

Wanted to DM, but doesn't appear to be an option for free members. I wanted to get clarification on how the different memberships are tiered. Do the special events and outfits eventually go to the public version or are they exclusive to that tier? If the latter, and you are a member at a specific tier and have to downgrade when you download the next update would you lose those things from your file? The Chad tier doesn't appear to be tied to any specific events, would you be required to be at the royal guard/ten wizard saints tier to have full access to the game?
