I know this is easy for me to say but if you want to talk about something then just do it. I haven't 100% agreed with what you have chatted about in the past but I get where you are coming from and you also have been very respectful in your responses. You clearly like to challenge yourself and other people in a civil and kind way.

You can choose to suffer through trials or you choose to suffer through apathy. Trials will lead you to growth, apathy will lead to regret.

Bro, you're literally in the military, by your accent I'm guessing english is your second language. You have a channel with a lot of followers. I'm sure you're qualified to give any advice about life. Haha About the episode. I've experienced a lot of insecurity and self-sabotage because of the language. English is my second language, and when I talk to others, my mind fills up with weird scenarios about how people will "judge" me for my accent, or not knowing american slang, or sounding like a robot when I speak. I recently realized that people don't really care if you speak with a perfect accent, as long as they understand what you're saying and if you re a good person when you interact. There's no point in feeling afraid and having weird mental scenarios. Not to mention activities like exercising or reading that have helped me keep my mind focused. Btw, this episode reminded me of David Goggins' books, but without the insults, ultramarathons, and injuries he describes in the book, haha. Good episode btw 馃檪
