thank you for making a watch along of this! this franchise means the most to me so watching it along with you was such a heart warming experience (although i already saw it). to me the game is still unbeatable, these episode didn't hit as hard as the game did, however it still made me shed a tear. i'm looking forward to see the other episodes with you!
Deeply appreciate your honest reactions, Eralia. This one was rough for sure, even knowing what was coming… I thought the acting was superb, and there’s something about it being portrayed by actual real life humans that makes it even more gut wrenching, I think…

This is an interesting thought that a lot of people kind of got into. They should have contacted Rhonda Rousey.. the Rowdy one to play Abby with her muscles and her ponytail and mean mug...and she is experienced in acting but it seems like you know Druckman and Mazin want to stick to typical game related actresses but while she would have been so perfect for that if she would have done it...
Last of Us I think is the best game that's ever been made and I've been playing games for over 40 years. The general consensus of this HBO production was it that it was weak and a lot of people disappointed... there was even was talk of it being cancelled before it even ended this season after Joel's death...viewers dropped off at an alarming rate and next season possibly being wiped off but I guess they grabbed enough attention toward the end of the remaining episodes. For me episodes 2, 3 and 6 and most of 7... we're the only ones that were worthwhile. Myself and a whole lot of people thought that Ramsey and Devers were miscast and shouldn't have been in this or maybe Devers should have been Ellie and a whole different Abby chosen. I didn't discover this game until my son told me about it back in April of 23 and then I saw you on here playing and recording and this game is been very impactful to me... it's been an experience I've never had before in gaming and it set a high bar for any future productions from anyone. I just wonder if I'll ever see one any better than this. Eralia, you're my favorite person on YouTube to watch these together with.. you really make it fun.. and the cats... lol.
