A few moist paper towels/hand towels underneath the cutting board should stop it from sliding around so much. Also spraying pam near an open flame is kind of scary, but the pan had high sides so it seemed pretty safe. I'll def try this out when I have the chance.
I 2nd the paper towel idea. It makes your knife work so much safer. Also, my comment is in leu of being able to twitch chat. You're welcome, Jeanie! :-)
I may make this but without the guac. Maybe some chorizo gravy instead.
