There was around here one case where bigger company renting apartments had got someone evicted. But they had given the company that was supposed to do the eviction a wrong door number. Home owner of wrong apartment was on holiday for a few weeks and was coming back home and noticed the lock had been changed and that he/she didn't get in to his/her home anymore. And all stuff the family had owned had been brought already away to a dump. Including some photo albums and papers etc. Company emtinying the apartment had emptied "right" apartment just the door number had been wrong. I don't know how that did end up as never saw that part on the newspaper... Of course they got their (empty) apartment back and I guess insurance or something must have been covering the stuff. But it's horrible if all your stuff with all the memories etc. gets destroyed. So it can actually happen... Luckily in that video home owner was at home.

I can't believe you guys did not hear about that WNBA situation. Sophie, the white girl, was pointing at the black girl because she did not like it. It was silly and she knew it. It really got under the black girls skin. Many black players have been attacking / fouling both Sophie and Caitlin Clark and the referees are not calling them. Clear case of reverse racism and or straight/gay discrimination since most WNBA players are lesbian.

Ok, where to start, that "super car" sucked up water from its relatively low air intake and since any car can't run on water it stopped and will cost a lot to fix it. The "Super car" in China the guy probably had liability only on it and without collision coverage it won't get fixed. I would imagine any high-end car in China might not have any insurance companies that would cover it. The women's basketball blonde is Sophie Cunningham, and she literally gets beat up with obvious fouls in most of the games because she is outspoken about not having trans men in basketball and she was trying to piss off the trans girl on the other team who brutally fouled her intentionally.
Doesn't even have to be a super car. In college this happened to me with my beater car. It was raining and a portion of the road flooded. i didn't realize how deep it was and a pass car's wake stopped my momentum and flooded my engine.

Bro if you have a car like that you make sure that it is well insured. This isn't a 2014 Honda CR-V. If you use this as a daily driver then expect something to happen to it. Because those cars aren't "I need to hop down to the grocery store for some butter." Those cars are "everywhere I go has it's own valet and private guard" type shit. You get one scratch on this car and it's bye, bye resell value.

You know, I would have thought that going Patreon-only would have bolstered Henry and co.'s creative independence and identity, but it had felt like we've been just sort of shuffling along for a long time. I can imagine Jeannie's exit from everything shook things up - when my partner cheated on me and we broke up it fucked me up for a long time... But I owed it to myself to move forward and do better things. Focus on community-building, engagement, etc. I've been on this Patreon for longer than I can remember. Many years now. I don't think I can justify continuing to do so 😞 it makes me sad to leave.
I think many on here have been thinking the same thing and hoping that the transition would have happened by now, but as someone just pointed out in their comment, Jeannie's pictures are still in the banner. You are right, until he can let go of the past and focus on the future MXR will never evolve. Any guy who has been through a bad breakup knows what a gut punch it is, but hanging on to memories of the past will just kill his ability to make MXR evolve into something better.
