i need to say one thing about "maybe he was tailing her for the longest time" STOP DOING COKE THAT MAKES YOU PARANOID. i have on multiple occasions drove behind the same car for over 15 minutes and several turns and streets. AND I JUST HAD TO GO TO THE SAME PLACE or atleast in the same direction. i wasn't following them. i didn't know them. and on once occasion i even had to go to the same street. my home street. parked and walked into my house. while they were visiting a neighbor.

So the degree of recklessness and the men’s rea of how long were they driving dangerously really can’t be proven. So Crown could not show a case for Criminally dangerous driving so a provincial penalty imposed and . The father may not have like it but the evidence did not support a more serious conviction.

In Australia with current government, they'll start working on a brand new problem, and immediately the opposition and the media will say THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING! Billionaire mining magnets are funding a smear campaign, that says the THIS govt is not taxing gas at all. Which is total BS. And an Election Promise the opposition made before the last Election was not honoured by this government to cut taxes to the Wealthy. And they're all calling it a broken promise. PISS OFF!

On the Bezos/hedges thing... I remember reading in the 90's how when companies were dumping toxic industrial waste in rivers, the EPA could only fine them 15k per day but these companies were saving multiple millions per day by just dumping it illegally so they just kept doing it. That's what "fuck you money" actually looks like I guess.
First thing you do is slightly loosen the lugnuts since the wheel will spin when it's jacked up making it difficult to initially loosen it. Then you jack up the car. remove the lugnuts, put on new tire. tighten lugnuts, remove jack. finish tightening lugnuts
Apply handbrake AND chock the wheels that remain on the ground to prevent the car rolling off the jack. A lot of people forget to do this - and we get to laugh because someone filmed it.
