The whole "condoms can fit over everything" is bullshit. I mean technically if you force them and are willing to be uncomfortable and make circulation difficult, sure. I also heard that growing up and it screwed me up a bit. When I tried them for the first time I was concerned because they were extremely, extremely tight and barely fit. I thought that was a normal thing because of what I had been told, so I basically convinced myself that that must be the case. They were very uncomfrotable and were constricting circulation. Turns out I just happened to have an above average member; that's also when I figured out that my country doesn't carry above average sized condoms. I looked them up even on amazon and there's no XL or higher here. It also makes me chuckle because if there's no condoms of that size here, even at freaking amazon, it likely means the population probably doesn't require them LOL. I have to import them from Amazon US. I think there's "local" online stores that carry them but I don't trust them. Supermarkets and pharmacies don't though.
