I'm guessing that the massive delay with the Nokia phones was due to the Libyan Revolution against Gaddafi in 2011. If the order was placed near the end of 2010, then chances are that it's been stuck in limbo this entire time. Props to the company for actually delivering the goods after all this time lol.

The dude in the jeep is a criminal. Firstly, that's hit and run, secondly, that's vehicular assault, and thirdly, that swerving car could have easily crashed into another vehicle and who knows what might have happened.
But should the swerving car not get punished too because his actions could get people in danger too it was his swerving that could of crashed an accident even without the jeep

Depends. Some people could drink 5 beers and not get drunk in the slightest. Everyone has different tolerances. Especially to something only 5 to 10% Alcohol.

I feel like it really depends on how long the two have been dating/hanging out. If a long time then "lil tired" might be a totally legit reason to cancel a date. If it's early on it seems like a really passive aggressive brush off. Id probably ghost instead of wasting time with the "if your not interested" comment though. Better to just move on to someone who will have more respect for your time sooner rather than later.
