I hate to see any relationship break up but given that Jeanie is totally gone never to return, I can't help but say Kai is the best cohost and Henry obviously is in a relationship with her. For Jeanie to say that Kai is no longer her friend just shows that she knows they are a couple and obviously not happy about it. Kai has a great personality and is extremely attractive. Henry wanted something that Jeanie didn't (Marriage & kids). All I can say is that Henry is one extremely lucky guy to have Kai as a girlfriend. Whether Kai wants kids or marriage is unknown, but even if she doesn't, Henry definitely upgraded and should feel very lucky to be with someone that most likely would be out of his league. Having Kai as his editor and part time guest they got to know each other and then got together.
