Naruto came out in 2002 in Japan.... and 2005 in the states..... most teachers today were kids or teens and watched it on tv when it came out... that's how they know what the Naruto run is.... so if this hurts cause it makes you feel old.... how's your knee and back pain doing? :3

The one about the guy getting hot burritos reminds me of when I still lived with my old roomate and we were both broke 90% of the time. We would stop in at little ceasers almost daily for a 5$ hot a ready pizza. We stoped in so often they started giving us free drinks and crazy bread to go with our pizza. I guess they realized just how poor we were since we were going there every day.

Chuffed is British. It goes back to at least the late 1800's. The sound of a steam engine exhausting steam on the power stroke is also called a chuff or chuffing sound. chuff chuff chuff.. Hypothesis here: I think that the steam engine chuff is associated with being excited, putting in effort, energetic. Or as the Japanese would say, genki. Thus, being chuffed by something is like, you were super excited about it, it gave you positive spirits, made your day.. etc.

It's my sister's birthday that passed away November last year and I almost cried but I'm at work so I put on my work face and went back to work. It's normal for me if it is to much for me to work I stop cry in the closet but like 1 to 5 minutes but as soon as I'm done I get back to normal and resume work.
