Well here in Australia we might have most dangerous snakes and spiders but we hardly see them. Plus we know where not to go or where not to put our hands where one could be
Henry, even working from home you can definitely still get what that dad gets when he gets home. I'm 100% virtual and also work long hours, but most school days my youngest (7) comes down to my office when our kids get home and I'm usually able to take a break. It's honestly one of the best things in my entire life. Just sitting with her and talking about what was good or bad in her day for 5-10 min.
Jeremy Clarkson did a video on what it takes to earn a victoria cross, might be easier to listen to that, gives some clue as too what people went through during ww2.

Good thing I checked - for some reason, I wasn't notified of this video being posted...
And i thought i was the only one. Today i wondered why there were no new videos, seeing how they said they were going to keep their 3-day-upload-cycle like the did on YT in addition to the "usual" Patreon-stuff. So i decided to check and was very surprised that i missed three videos, not having gotten a notification per email once...
i looked it up and apparently the girl signing the tailgate with an angle grinder is Lindsay Bercosky an auto detailer who's basically an instagram model from the looks of it. your welcome.

I'm not sure about the rest of you, but since I easily remember the eruption of Mount Saint Helens, and its aftermath. The idea of being calmly asking for a lady's hand in marriage in the vicinity of an erupting volcano does not sound especially romantic. The old-time movies with this kind of scenario usually involved headhunters or cannibals. No longer politically correct don't you think.

I like watching MXR on patreon better because this way I can give direct support to MXR and not have to worry about youtube dicking them over...and not in the hot birthday present fun kind of way.
