Dev Log #1
hello hello! i hope everyone is healthy and doing well. it's been a hectic couple of weeks for me as i was away from home catching covid, so i was out of commission for a little, but i'm strong as an ox now and working hard!
i understand that simply talking about "working hard" isn't really helpful, though, so i do want to commit myself to being more forthcoming and consistent with my progress updates. i've posted dev logs before, but i've never numbered them or posted them with any kind of predictable frequency, so i'm starting now! what better time to start than with the 6th update?
what i have completed so far is around 700 renders, 30 animations, and 2,500 lines of code. i only have a handful of scenes left to do, but i'm unsure of the exact amount because, even though it's all written, i'm being wishywashy about where exactly i want to end the update
hopefully i can get better at this. i've always found this part of developing kind of nervewracking, so if you guys could share what kind of stuff you like to read in dev updates, that would be super helpful! thanks for reading and for the support everyone :)

Tell us what you've been working on, any scenes/animations giving you trouble, things you're particularly proud of etc. And find a consistent schedule for letting people know. If it's bi weekly or monthly doesn't really matter, but having a pattern to them is really nice.
No worries man take all the time you need. Glad to hear you are feeling better from Covid!!
The numbers have never meant much to me (though I know others like them). For me I like reading what you've recently finished, what you are currently working on, and a rough estimate of what is left to do. Thanks for making an already great game!
