One step at a time ♡

Hi everyone ♥

I hope you’re all doing well and able to enjoy every single day to the fullest. This post is going to be a bit more emotional than usual, but I want to be transparent with you and not pretend to be something I’m not right now. I owe you an explanation and need to apologize from the bottom of my heart for my unannounced, long absence. As you can probably imagine, this "break" wasn’t my intention, and yet it happened — because of life (╥_╥)

✦ What happened...
Without getting too caught up in personal matters, I’ll keep it short. In March, I lost a much beloved family member — someone who meant more than the world to me, whom I loved more than anything, and whom I will love forever. It all happened far too suddenly and was far too much to handle. I just couldn't process it. For the sake of my mental health, I took a step back; from one day to the next, I no longer felt able to function — it just wasn’t possible. I’d never experienced these feelings before; it caught me completely off guard. What happened was a cruel lesson life taught me, how precious every second with your loved ones is. I needed this time to find my way back to everyday life. I hope you understand (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ ◠•͈⁠)

✦ What comes next...
Now, after this recovery time and although it still hurts to "just move on", I’d like to get involved in the Sims community again and give something back, even if it’s just a little something. Still, my schedule will be definitely more relaxed so I can get my life completely back on track — just so you know. First, I’ll update all my mods one by one and keep you posted along the way. This could take a few days or a few weeks, I don't know yet but I'll try to hurry up! Please bare with me. After that, I’ll get back to creating new CC and mods (ෆ˙ᵕ˙ෆ)♡

✦ What gave me new hope...
After my return today, I was also surprised to see that we now have OVER 20.000 MEMBERS! That’s incredible!! When I started my Patreon, I never imagined that my creations would one day reach SO. MANY. PEOPLE. It's surreal. I am infinitely grateful for this strong community and will work hard in the future to deliver more cute CC and mods for you ♥ I’m looking forward to everything that’s yet to come and to walking this path together — one step at a time.
