You can definitely contact the site's host about it (hers), since that is YOUR copyright. You are 100% in the right to file a DMCA and they will take matters into their own hands. You have to be the one to do it though, because you own the copyright. These sites do not play around when copyright infringement as it stake.
So sorry you are dealing with this! Some people are just vile & have no morals whatsoever.
That woman will sadly never learn, as I also wrote on tumblr. She has been stealing content all her life, and thinks it's okay to do so. She will sadly never learn. She did the same to the Russian TS3 community, and am the reason why we can't become a member of that community anymore, unless we speak russian. Also she spread rumors about me for years, forcing me to shut down my facebook page to escape her, all bc I had disagreed with her on something.
I wish them well and hope they realise what they are doing .... Eventually.. sooner rather than later would be ideal haha
This suuucks. And also isn't comparable to the mistake you made, which honestly wasn't even much of a mistake. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the creator in the screens has been stealing CC for ages now and is doing so very much on purpose to cause issues and get 'revenge' on other servers for supposedly 'taking her server members'. Also pretty sure she's the one who drove myself and others off of her server due to her bigotry, unless I'm mistaking her for someone else. Idk what to say because I have a feeling this person is entirely aiming to upset the people she steals from and thinks of herself as a victim at all times. Hope she cuts it out tho, you and your work deserve better :')
