🍦 Billy Kincaid is done — and he almost didn't make it out alive.

Not in the story. In real life.

A power outage hit mid-session and corrupted the working file, so I lost the last stretch of progress and had to roll back to an earlier checkpoint and rebuild from there. The kind of thing you can only laugh about once you've stopped wanting to throw the monitor across the room. Billy pulled through. If anything, he came back meaner.

That's why the upload is running a little behind — but it's coming, and it's complete.

What started as a simple sculpt turned into something bigger because of you. Over the last few days you threw in ideas, references, criticism, and the occasional comment that genuinely changed how I saw this character — Jay-Kay's especially. Billy is a sharper, stranger, better collectible for it. So: thank you.
