It will be sold tomorrow at Kemoket 4. We don't have a plan about what to do with an English edition yet. - Punipen
Awesome demo. Is the end when you get Rio to the city? I don't see a way to turn in the completed quest or anything after that.

Any word on the manga being translated?
The translator we always work with is busy at the moment :( It would help if we had more translators but since I'm busy with Kemo Coliseum, it's hard to translate other work and work on the game at the same time, unfortunately. For now, I want to focus on working on Kemo Coliseum so that the public playable build is released first. Sorry that this makes the whole thing slow! >_
How do I get the English version
You can change the language by editing the ini file. Replace 'jp' with 'en'. - Punipen
