Game Devstory And Working Build Update

My goal is to make game development my main job: at least 375 active paid subscribers.

As of the publication of this post, I have 76 active paid subscribers.

New images can be found in the private folder.

The latest working build of “Erindale: The Code of Reality” is also located in the private gallery.

The link to the private gallery can be found in the pinned post on the home page for paid subscribers. See it in the Recent posts.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my endless thanks for supporting my activities to my general sponsors with the nicknames:

Hi!

I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.

Here I am with another update! Even if this time it’s not as big as I’d like it to be.

This weekend, I managed to add only a few new parts from the latest script excerpt. As always, I’m short on time — I’ve mentioned this more than once, and the situation hasn’t changed much now. But I’m definitely not giving up on the project! And so that you can experience the new bits as soon as possible, I’ve still updated the working build. Now you can go through the fresh scenes yourself and feel where the story is heading.

Yes, there are no new in‑game art pieces this time — I just didn’t get around to them. But I haven’t left you completely without pictures! To keep the interest alive, I drew a few size‑difference illustrations with random anime heroines. They might not be part of the game world, but I hope they’ll give you a bit of that very vibe many of you come to me for.

All the new stuff — the updated build and the fresh art — is already available in the private gallery.

To be honest, I fully understand that my game isn’t a masterpiece, and not everyone is really into games. Some people are more drawn to the visual side, to those size‑difference scenes. You know, back in the day I used to do only art — and I had a lot more followers then. Now it’s incredibly hard to compete with AI‑generated arts. I tried going that route myself, but, unfortunately, I just couldn’t get the hang of neural networks. So I keep doing everything by hand — my own drawings, plus Photoshop filters for post‑processing. It matters to me: it might be slower, but it’s my own way, done with heart.

And this is where I really need your advice.

I’m thinking of slightly changing my approach: alternating in‑game art with separate size-difference illustrations — for example, with random heroines from different anime. I understand that this means new images for the game itself will appear less often, and the builds will have more placeholder texts. But maybe this mix will help keep the audience’s interest and even attract new people who are more into art content.

What do you think? Should I try this format, or is it better to focus only on the game?

I thought about creating a poll, but unfortunately, hardly anyone notices polls, so I’d be really grateful if you’d share your opinion directly — just shoot me an email (you can find it in the public description of my profile). Any feedback is valuable to me.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports me! The game is being developed entirely thanks to your support!

P. S.

I sincerely apologize for the fact that the development is progressing too slowly and many promises made earlier have not been fulfilled. I always do everything I can. But I have to provide for my children, so I spend most of my time working three jobs. It’s very hard. I’m constantly thinking about how to speed up the game’s development. After all, many people criticize me precisely because the development is moving too slowly. Unfortunately, right now I don’t have any ideas on how to make my work faster. I need to work at least at one main job (instead of three) so that I can devote more time to the game. But at the moment, I can’t afford that… Please forgive me for repeating this again. It’s just that those who write to me keep bringing up this topic. Unfortunately, not everyone reads my previous posts.

My name is Helen, and I’m a single mother with two children, working three jobs at different factories.

Right now, I’m working on creating size‑difference content late in the evenings on weekends, because household chores and spending time with my children are a priority.

At the moment, I’m working alone, without any help. All I can rely on is my own strength and enthusiasm.

Please take the above into account and understand why the development is slower than I’d like it to be.

If anyone has any questions, I sincerely ask you to take a little time to read all my previous posts about game development. They contain answers to many questions. I simply physically can’t describe my entire story in every post. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I want to sincerely apologize to those whom I haven’t replied to in messages. I’m sorry, but I really have very little free time. No matter how hard I try to read all the messages, I physically can’t do it. There are too many messages! Most of them, unfortunately, contain hate, but sometimes it’s impossible to tell what they’re about until I open the message.

I read messages from followers on Patreon and Boosty first. Then, as far as possible, I read email and messages on other platforms. Sometimes it happens that I read a message, planning to reply later… but then I forget to do so. And on top of that message, many new messages come in, pushing it far down…

I really ask everyone, please don’t be offended with me if I haven’t replied to someone. I don’t do it on purpose, and not out of malice!
